Terms of Use

1. The service

Booth-Book lets event organizers publish floor plans and rent out booths, and lets vendors find events and book booths. We provide the platform; the booth rental agreement is between the organizer and the vendor.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are for businesses and people aged 18 or over acting for a business.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date; keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Organizers

• You are responsible for your events: accurate descriptions and floor plans, permits and licences, safety, and the conditions you set (including cancellation and refund conditions, which you must state on the event before vendors book).
• You set booth prices in Saudi riyals. If you are registered for VAT, state whether prices include VAT and issue tax invoices as required by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
• Use vendors’ details and documents only to manage their bookings at your events.

4. Vendors

• Upload only genuine, valid business documents, and only documents of your business — never identity cards or personal medical documents.
• Respect the event’s conditions and the organizer’s instructions, and hold the licences your activity requires.

5. Bookings, payments and cancellations

• A booking is confirmed instantly or after the organizer approves it, as the event shows.
• Payment for a booth is made directly to the organizer (for example by bank transfer); Booth-Book does not hold payments. An unpaid booking may be released when its payment deadline passes.
• Any platform service fee is shown before you confirm a booking.
• Cancellations and refunds of the booth price follow the organizer’s stated conditions and are settled between organizer and vendor. Contact us about any service fee.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading or infringing content; reviews must reflect real experiences.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.
• We may remove content, pause events or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and tell you why.

7. Content and intellectual property

You keep the rights to what you upload (floor plans, logos, photos, documents) and allow us to store and display it to provide the service. The platform itself, its design and software belong to its operator.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent Saudi law allows, we are not liable for disputes between organizers and vendors, for events themselves, or for indirect losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are settled by the competent courts in the Kingdom. If these terms exist in Arabic and English and they differ, the Arabic text prevails.

10. Changes and contact

We publish changes here with their date and tell account holders by e-mail before a material change takes effect.
